cleanup.gds: Clean up fragments

Description

Clean up the fragments of a CoreArray Genomic Data Structure (GDS) file.

Usage

cleanup.gds(filename, verbose=TRUE)

Arguments

filename
the file name of a GDS file to be opened
verbose
if TRUE, show information

None.
