eth_getLogs: New filter and its logs.

Description

eth_getLogs returns an array of all logs matching a given filter object.

Usage

eth_getLogs(from_block = "earliest", to_block = "latest", address,
  topics = -1, block_hash = -1)

Arguments

from_block

Integer|Tag - Block number, or the string 'earliest', 'latest' or 'pending'.

to_block

Integer|Tag - Block number, or the string 'earliest', 'latest' or 'pending'.

address

Address - Contract address or a list of addresses from which logs should originate.

topics

Array of Data - Topics are order-dependent. Each topic can also be an array of DATA with 'or' options.

block_hash

Hash Single block to return logs. If blockHash is present in the filter criteria, then neither fromBlock nor toBlock are allowed.

Value

Hash - A filter Id.
