expression

This is a subset of the breast cancer expression data set obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) consortium and processed by the Pan-Cancer project group. The data was downloaded originally using the ELMER Bioconductor package. The gene names have been converted to gene symbols in this data.

GSALightning provides a fast implementation of permutation-based gene set
analysis for two-sample problem. This package is particularly useful when testing
simultaneously a large number of gene sets, or when a large number of permutations
is necessary for more accurate p-values estimation.
