gAsyncInitableNewFinish: gAsyncInitableNewFinish

Description

Finishes the async construction for the various g_async_initable_new calls, returning the created object or NULL on error.

Usage

gAsyncInitableNewFinish(object, res, .errwarn = TRUE)

Arguments

object

the GAsyncInitable from the callback

res

the GAsyncResult.from the callback

.errwarn

Whether to issue a warning on error or fail silently

Value

• A list containing the following elements:
• retval
  [GObject] a newly created GObject, or NULL on error.
• error
  a GError location to store the error occuring, or NULL to ignore.
