Returns the mark that represents the cursor (insertion point).
Equivalent to calling <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/gtkTextBufferGetMark?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::gtkTextBufferGetMark">gtkTextBufferGetMark</a></code> to get the mark
named "insert", but very slightly more efficient, and involves less
typing.
