Print a list of all <code>*.createRmd</code> functions that are available in the search path. These functions can be used together with the <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/runDiffExp?package=compcodeR&version=1.8.2" data-mini-rdoc="compcodeR::runDiffExp">runDiffExp</a></code> function to perform differential expression analysis. Consult the help pages for the respective functions for more information.


This package provides extensive functionality for
comparing results obtained by different methods for
differential expression analysis of RNAseq data. It also
contains functions for simulating count data and interfaces to
several packages for performing the differential expression
analysis.
