Description
Used by score_matrix to compute the log likelihood.
Usage
log_likelihood(parameters, integrand, ...)
Arguments
parameters
vector of parameters passed to integrand
integrand
Defaults to logit_integrand
...
additional arguments passed to integrand function.

value of log likelihood
