order: Permutation Order

Description

Returns the seriation order for rows and/or columns.

Usage

order_rows(object, ...)

order_columns(object, ...)

# S4 method for PermutationOrder order_rows(object)

# S4 method for PermutationOrder order_columns(object)

Value

An integer vector.

Arguments

object

A PermutationOrder object giving the permutation order for rows and columns.

...

Currently not used.
