plot.mcmcSTmodel: Plots for an mcmcSTmodel object

Description

plot method for class mcmcSTmodel.

Usage

# S3 method for mcmcSTmodel
plot (x, y = "like", add = FALSE,
    main = NULL, ...)

Arguments

x

mcmcSTmodel object to plot.

y

Type of plot, options are "like", "alpha", or name/index number of a parameter.

add

Add to existing plot using lines

main

Parameter passed as main to plot, defaults to the parameter-name if not given.

...

Additional parameters passed to plot or lines

Value

Nothing

Details

Plots results from MCMC.STmodel. Either parameter paths or the log-likelihood for the mcmc simulations.
