 <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/openEnvCPLEX?package=cplexAPI&version=1.4.0" data-mini-rdoc="cplexAPI::openEnvCPLEX">openEnvCPLEX</a></code>. This is basically a pointer to an
 IBM ILOG CPLEX environment.

Constant or reference number of the desired parameter.

parm

The new value of the parameter (integer value).

value

Low level interface function to the IBM ILOG CPLEX function
 <code>CPXsetintparam</code>. Consult the IBM ILOG CPLEX documentation for
 more detailed information.

This is the R Interface to the C API of IBM ILOG CPLEX. It necessarily depends on IBM ILOG CPLEX (>= 12.1).
