Description

Run the SOM algorithm for clustering.

Arguments

d

The dataset (matrix or data.frame).

xdim, ydim

The dimensions of the grid.

rlen

The number of iterations.

post

The post-treatement method: "none" (None), "single" (Single link) or "ward" (Ward clustering).

k

The number of cluster (only used if post is different from "none").

...

Other parameters.

Value

The fitted Kohonen's map as an object of class som.
