trim: Trim a SpatRaster

Description

Trim (shrink) a SpatRaster by removing outer rows and columns that are NA.

Usage

# S4 method for SpatRaster
trim(x, padding=0, filename="", overwrite=FALSE, wopt=list(), ...)

Arguments

x

SpatRaster

padding

integer. Number of outer rows/columns to keep

filename

character. Output filename. Optional

overwrite

logical. If TRUE, filename is overwritten

wopt

list. Options for writing files as in writeRaster

...

additional arguments. None implemented

SpatRaster
