stopf

A wrapper for <code><a href="/link/stop?package=BBmisc&version=1.13" data-mini-rdoc="BBmisc::stop">stop</a></code> with <code><a href="/link/sprintf?package=BBmisc&version=1.13" data-mini-rdoc="BBmisc::sprintf">sprintf</a></code> applied to the arguments.
Notable difference is that error messages are not truncated to 1000 characters
by default.
