<li><code>technology</code> Voting Technology used, 0 for a datapunch machine or a butterfly ballot, 1 for votomatic</li>
<li><code>new</code> Number of "new" voters, as in those who have not voted in the precinct for previous 6 years</li>
<li><code>size</code> Total number of precinct voters</li>
<li><code>Republican</code> The number of voters registered as Republican</li>
<li><code>white</code> The number of white nonminority voters in a given precinct</li>
