This dataset is the output of a BaSTA analysis on the simulated dataset <code><a href="/link/sim1?package=BaSTA&version=1.8" rd-options="" data-mini-rdoc="BaSTA::sim1">sim1</a></code>. The analysis consisted of four independent simulations run in parallel. Each simulation was run for 20,000 iterations. The model chosen was Gompertz (<dquote><code>GO</code></dquote>) with the <code>shape</code> argument set to <dquote><code>simple</code></dquote> and <code>covarStruct</code> set to <dquote><code>fused</code></dquote>.

datasets

This package estimates survival and mortality with
        covariates from capture-recapture/recovery data in a Bayesian
        framework when many individuals are of unknown age. It includes
        tools for data checking, model diagnostics and outputs such as
        life-tables and plots.
