Mutator function for <code>src.dirs</code> in <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/makeRegistry?package=BatchJobs&version=1.9" data-mini-rdoc="BatchJobs::makeRegistry">makeRegistry</a></code>.

Provides Map, Reduce and Filter variants to generate jobs on batch
computing systems like PBS/Torque, LSF, SLURM and Sun Grid Engine.
