Default = "none", which means that no p-value adjustment is performed. Other options include methods in ?p.adjust (i.e., "holm", "hochberg", "hommel", "bonferroni", "BH", "BY", "fdr"), and methods in ?fdrtool (i.e., "fndr", "pct0", "locfdr").
