roc.dea: Rate of change (RoC) calculation using DEA

Description

Employs dm.dea over time to calculate RoCs.

Usage

roc.dea(xdata, ydata, date, t, rts="crs", orientation,
        sg="ssm", ftype="d", ncv=NULL, env=NULL, cv="convex")
