The purpose of this package is to provide a comprehensive
R interface to the Decision Support System for Agrotechnology
Transfer Cropping Systems Model (DSSAT-CSM; see <https://dssat.net> for more information).
The package provides cross-platform functions to read and
write input files, run DSSAT-CSM, and read output files.

write_dssbatch.data.frame function

<dl><dt>x</dt>
<dd>a tibble/data frame or character vector; if a tibble, it should contain all
required columns of a DSSAT batch file (FILEX, TRTNO, RP, SQ, OP, CO);
if a character vector, it should contain FileX file names</dd>
<dt>trtno, rp, sq, op, co</dt>
<dd>a numeric vector</dd>
<dt>file_name</dt>
<dd>an optional character vector of the intended
batch file name</dd></dl>
