fixSampleFrame: Update Sample dataframe

Description

Used for updating the Sample dataframe if ConcLow or ConcHigh is manually adjusted. Adjusts ConcAve and Uncen columns.

Usage

fixSampleFrame(eList)

Arguments

eList

named list with at least the Sample dataframes

Value

localSample data frame
