Import the Log-File from STAR

importSTARLog(dir, recursive = TRUE, log = FALSE, finalLog = TRUE,
  verbose = TRUE)

Arguments

The directory name

recursive

Logical, check for sub-directories

log

boolean, import also log file

finalLog

boolean, import also final_log file

verbose

Logical, talkactive function feedback
