A dataset containing the rates and concentrations obtained from the dataset
simRates with 3 replicates and time points corresponding to: 0, 1/6, 1/3, 1/2, 
1, 1.5, 2, 4, 8, 12, 16 and 24 hours. On this dataset rates and concentrations
have been modeled with the method modelRates


INSPEcT (INference of Synthesis, Processing and
dEgradation rates in Time-Course experiments) analyses 4sU-seq
and RNA-seq time-course data in order to evaluate synthesis,
processing and degradation rates and asses via modeling the
rates that determines changes in mature mRNA levels.
