lagosne_load function

<dl><dt>version</dt>
<dd>character LAGOSNE database version string. Defaults to <code>lagosne_version</code></dd>
<dt>fpath</dt>
<dd>file.path optionally specify custom location of LAGOSNE rds file</dd></dl>
