Description

Calculates the Most Probable Number (MPN) to quantify the concentration (density) of microbes in serial dilutions of a laboratory sample (described in Jarvis, 2010 ). Also calculates the Aerobic Plate Count (APC) for similar microbial enumeration experiments.
