trimPWMedge: Trim PWM edge

Description

This function is use to cut edges with low information content.

Usage

trimPWMedge(x, threshold=1)

Arguments

x

A matrix representing a PWM.

threshold

A transcription factor name or a list of TF names.

Value

PWM.
