Value

An ordinal logistic Biplot with the reponse and the predictive variables projected onto it.

Arguments

Y

A binary data matrix

X

A matrix of predictors

dim

Dimension of the Solution

Scaling

Transformation of the columns of the predictor matrix.

tolerance

Tolerance for the algorithm

maxiter

Maximum number of iterations.

penalization

Penalization for the fit (ridge)

show

Show each step ot the fit
