Factory Method for Multiple NMF Run Objects

Provides a framework to perform Non-negative Matrix
Factorization (NMF). The package implements a set of already published algorithms
and seeding methods, and provides a framework to test, develop and plug
new/custom algorithms. Most of the built-in algorithms have been optimized
in C++, and the main interface function provides an easy way of performing
parallel computations on multicore machines.

 <dt>.merge</dt>
<dd>a logical that indicates if the fits should
 be aggregated, only keeping the best fit, and return an
 <code>NMFfitX1</code> object. If <code>FALSE</code>, an
 <code>NMFfitXn</code> object containing the data of all the
 fits is returned.</dd></dl>

 an <code>NMFfitX</code> object from a list of fits.</dd>

 Creates an <code>NMFfitX1</code> object from a single fit. This
 is used in <code>nmf</code> when only the best fit is
 kept in memory or on disk.</dd>

 Provides a way to aggregate <code>NMFfitXn</code> objects into
