.convert.to.data.table

Converts all <code><a href="/link/base%3A%3Adata.frame?package=ProjectTemplate&version=0.11.0" data-mini-rdoc="ProjectTemplate::base::data.frame">base::data.frame</a></code>s referred to in the input to
<code>data.table</code>s. The resulting data set is stored in the
<code>.TargetEnv</code>.
