Description

Converts a pathname into a URL starting with file://.

Usage

toUrl(pathname, safe=TRUE, ...)

Arguments

pathname

A character vector of pathnames to be made into URLs.

safe

If TRUE, certain "unsafe" characters are escaped.

...

Not used.
