 Read File Symbolic Links (also on Windows) and returns the target of each link.
 This implementation is fully compatible with the
 <code><a rd-options="base" href="/link/Sys.readlink?package=R.utils&version=2.3.0&to=base" data-mini-rdoc="base::Sys.readlink">Sys.readlink</a></code>() implementation in the <span class="pkg">base</span> package.
