Function returning data frame of municipalities with extended powers (obce s roz&lt;U+0161&gt;&lt;U+00ED&gt;&lt;U+0159&gt;enou p&lt;U+016F&gt;sobnost&lt;U+00ED&gt;) as <code>sf</code> polygons. It takes no parameters.
