Retrieves a <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/GdkCursor?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::GdkCursor">GdkCursor</a></code> pointer for the cursor currently set on the
specified <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/GdkWindow?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::GdkWindow">GdkWindow</a></code>, or <code>NULL</code>.  If the return value is <code>NULL</code> then
there is no custom cursor set on the specified window, and it is
using the cursor for its parent window.
