Obtains the position of a window position in root
window coordinates. This is similar to
<code><a rd-options="" href="/link/gdkWindowGetOrigin?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::gdkWindowGetOrigin">gdkWindowGetOrigin</a></code> but allows you go pass
in any position in the window, not just the origin.
