will be created using <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/gtkLabelNewWithMnemonic?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::gtkLabelNewWithMnemonic">gtkLabelNewWithMnemonic</a></code>, so underscores
in <code>label</code> indicate the mnemonic for the menu item.
