Sets the text color for a widget in a particular state.  All other
style values are left untouched. The text color is the foreground
color used along with the base color (see <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/gtkWidgetModifyBase?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::gtkWidgetModifyBase">gtkWidgetModifyBase</a></code>)
