dbGetPreparedQuery: Deprecated querying tools

Description

These functions have been deprecated. Please switch to using dbSendQuery()/dbGetQuery() with the params argument or with calling dbBind() instead.

dbGetPreparedQuery(conn, statement, bind.data, ...)
