SDMtune (version 0.1.0)

plotROC: Plot ROC curve

Description

Plot the ROC curve of the given model and print the AUC value.

Usage

plotROC(model, val = NULL, test = NULL)

Arguments

model

SDMmodel object.

val

SWD object. The validation dataset, default is NULL.

test

SWD object. The testing dataset, default is NULL.

Value

The plot object.
