ggplot_gtable

This function builds all grobs necessary for displaying the plot, and
stores them in a special data structure called a <code><a href="/link/gtable?package=animint2&version=2025.1.28" data-mini-rdoc="animint2::gtable">gtable</a></code>.
This object is amenable to programmatic manipulation, should you want
to (e.g.) make the legend box 2 cm wide, or combine multiple plots into
a single display, preserving aspect ratios across the plots.

Functions are provided for defining animated,
interactive data visualizations in R code, and rendering
on a web page. The 2018 Journal of Computational and
