Unique profiles within a SoilProfileCollection using and MD5 hash of select horizon and / or site level attributes.

Usage

# S4 method for SoilProfileCollection
unique(x, vars, SPC = TRUE)

Value

SoilProfileCollection when SPC = TRUE, otherwise a vector of integers

Arguments

x

a SoilProfileCollection

vars

Variables to consider in uniqueness.

SPC

logical return a SoilProfileCollection when TRUE, otherwise vector of profile indices
