simplify

Named list where the name is the filter name and the value is the
filter's value. The value can be a vector or a list object (see below)[optional]

Characters. The token for the next page of results[optional]

nextToken

Logical. Whether to show an error message when a
network error occurs.

print_on_error

Integer. Number of retries for a REST request when encounter the
network issue. If the request has been sent <code>retry_time</code> times but still not
be able to get the response, an error will be thrown.

retry_time

Numeric. Number of seconds to wait for a REST response
until giving up. Can not be less than 1 ms.

network_timeout

Character. The region of the AWS service.

region

Providing the functions for communicating with Amazon Web Services(AWS)
Elastic Compute Cloud(EC2) and Elastic Container Service(ECS).
The functions will have the prefix 'ecs_' or 'ec2_' depending on the class
of the API. The request will be sent via the REST API and the parameters are
given by the function argument. The credentials can be set via 'aws_set_credentials'.
