Logical. Checks whether you have the required permissions for the action, without actually making the request,...[optional]
Character. A name for the placement group.[optional]
Character. The placement strategy.[optional]
Integer. The number of partitions. Valid only when Strategy is set to partition

Numeric. Number of seconds to wait for a REST response until giving up. Can not be less than 1 ms.
Character. The region of the AWS service.

the required permissions, the error response is DryRunOperation
.
Otherwise, it is UnauthorizedOperation
.
A name for the placement group. Must be unique within the scope of your account for the Region.
