 US dollars. USD_CAP is per capita GDP in US dollars.</li>
<li>TIME: The year of the measurement.</li>
<li>Value: The measured value.</li>
<li>Flag.Codes: P for provisional data, B for a break in the
 series, and E for an estimated value.</li>
