This is\ndesigned for power users and projects with special needs.\n\n## Installation\n\nYou can install the released version of burnr from\n[CRAN](https://CRAN.R-project.org) with:\n\n``` r\ninstall.packages(\"burnr\")\n```\n\nAnd the development version from [GitHub](https://github.com/) with:\n\n``` r\n# install.packages(\"devtools\")\ndevtools::install_github(\"ltrr-arizona-edu/burnr\")\n```\n\n## Example\n\nThis is a basic example which shows you how to solve a common problem:\n\n``` r\nlibrary(burnr)\n\n# This gives you a basic plot. There are more advanced options. For example, we can color our plot by sample species.\n\ndata(lgr2_meta)\n\nplot(lgr2,\n color_group = lgr2_meta$SpeciesID,\n color_id = lgr2_meta$TreeID,\n plot_legend = TRUE\n)\n```\n\n
