Description

This package cleaves polypeptide sequences. The cleavage rules are taken from: http://web.expasy.org/peptide_cutter/peptidecutter_enzymes.html

cleaver is part of Bioconductor.

Install development version (not recommended)

install.packages("devtools")

Usage
