SNHTrelativeTrend: standard normal homogeneity test (SNHT) relative homogeneity test for trends

SNHTrelativeTrend
returns the result of the
standard normal homogeneity test (SNHT) relative homogeneity test
for trends applied to a time series.
Usage
SNHTrelativeTrend(dataSeries,refSeries=NA, diffFlag=TRUE)
Arguments
dataSeries
time series of climate data
refSeries
dataframe with climate data (reference)
diffFlag
logical TRUE=difference, FALSE=ratio
