<p><code>codamenu</code> presents a simple menu-based interface to the functions
in the coda package.  It is designed for users who know nothing about
the R/S language.</p>

Provides functions for summarizing and plotting the
output from Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) simulations, as
well as diagnostic tests of convergence to the equilibrium
distribution of the Markov chain.
