mcmcUpgrade

an obsolete <code>mcmc</code> object.

In previous releases of CODA, an <code>mcmc</code> object could
 be a single or multiple chains. A new class <code>mcmc.list</code>
 has now been introduced to deal with multiple chains and
 <code>mcmc</code> objects can only have data from a single chain.
Objects stored in the old format are now obsolete
 and must be upgraded.

Provides functions for summarizing and plotting the
output from Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) simulations, as
well as diagnostic tests of convergence to the equilibrium
distribution of the Markov chain.
