read.coda.interactive

<p><code>read.coda.interactive</code> reads Markov Chain Monte Carlo output
   in the format produced by the classic BUGS program. No arguments are
   required. Instead, the user is prompted for the required information.</p>

Provides functions for summarizing and plotting the
output from Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) simulations, as
well as diagnostic tests of convergence to the equilibrium
distribution of the Markov chain.
