sample_one_of

<p>A vector of one or more elements from which to choose</p>

<p>Takes one sample from a vector or list. Does not throw an error for zero length lists.</p>

Facilitates the simulation and evaluation of context-free
and contextual multi-Armed Bandit policies or algorithms to ease the
implementation, evaluation, and dissemination of both existing and
new bandit algorithms and policies.
