fitNull: Fitted data from the null model

Description

Access the fitted data from the null model in an deFit object.

Usage

fitNull(object)

## S3 method for class 'deFit': fitNull(object)

Arguments

object
S4 object: deFit

Value

  • fitNull returns a matrix of fitted values from null model.
